RESUMEN

SUMMARY

Pilomatrixoma is benign neoplasm of the localized in head and neck region. Children and young adults are more frequent affected with a hard slowgrowing mass in parotid region. Diagnosis is suspected with clinical history and imaging, and confirmed by the histopathologic study. Surgical treatment is recommended. We  present two children with pilomatrixoma of the parotid region treated with surgery with no recurrences or surgery-associated complications observed in the follow-up  period.
